On Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 11:50:00 AM EST - 10:30:00 PM EST there was a problem creating new Hatena ID registrations for users under 13 years of age from the US and Canada.
We have corrected this problem now, and users who attempted to register during this time should now be able to properly complete their registrations by accessing the URL in the confirmation email sent from Hatena.
If you are having trouble with your user registration due to the above problem, and still cannot access your parental permission form and complete your Hatena registration, please contact Hatena Customer Support at .
