9/17/2009: Important announcement for users from the Americas region

We still have to work out some rights issues for the Americas region and are currently not able to provide "Flipnote Central" to users who currently have their content preference set to "Americas" on the website, or for users who are using a Nintendo DSi from the Americas region to access Flipnote Hatena.

We hope to restore access to this part of the service in the near future and are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank your for your patience until we can resume the service again.
