Hello Flipnote creators and fans! This is Aaron at Hatena in Kyoto, Japan with this week's edition of the Flipnote Hatena Weekly News.
We really enjoyed seeing all of the excellent balloon Flipnotes from around the world, and were happy that this topic could inspire so many of you. Thanks to everyone who posted Flipnotes this past week, and we hope that you enjoy some of our favorites below.

Flipnote of the Week
★ Itokichikun (id:wakasuga) from Japan was a Hatena Featured Artist earlier this year. Recently, this creator has posted several Flipnotes created using the Nintendo DSi Camera that are extremely well done. Here is one of our favorites, that is titled "Moses Inside of Moses".

★ Carl-M (id:Carl-M) reminds us to be careful when playing with balloons in this Flipnote that ends with a "pop".

★ LigthyWolf (id:Ligthy_Wolf_15) posted this funny Flipnote about a character who fills some balloons with air.

This week's topic: "Robots" (June 10, 2011 - June 16, 2011)
This week we would like you to create Flipnotes about robots. Try to make animations about robots that can walk, talk, dance, fly, fight or do anything that you imagine.
Create robots that can help people, or that can do special tasks such as making cars. Try to animate giant robots battling with monsters from space, or saving the earth from destruction. You might even want to make a robotic version of the Flipnote Frog! See where your creativity takes you.
Post the Flipnotes you create to the channel below from Flipnote Hatena on your Nintendo DSi.
