From February 20, 2010 (Saturday) until February 22, 2010 (Monday) we experienced the following problems on Flipnote Hatena.
- There were delays displaying stars which were added from Flipnote Hatena on the Nintendo DSi.
- There were delays with Flipnotes appearing on the service after they were posted.
- There were delays displaying hand written comments on the website which had been added from Flipnote Hatena on the Nintendo DSi.
These problems were caused by a database error in our servers, and the problem has been fixed as of 1 pm JST on February 22, 2010 (Monday).
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused, and we are doing our best to make sure that this problem does not occur again in the future.
