From Sept. 17, 2010 to Sept. 24, 2010, Nintendo DSi users in the Europe and Oceania region who had their language set to English encountered error code 340404 when attempting to access the Color Star Exchange.
Error code 340404 was displayed when attempting to access the Color Star Exchange by tapping on "Get Special Themes!" from the top menu of Flipnote Hatena for Nintendo DSi.
We have now fixed this problem, and the Color Star Exchange can now be accessed properly for users in all regions.
