Please introduce yourself.
Hi, my name is Izumi. I live in Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan and I'm an office worker.
How you get ideas for your Flipnotes?
When I gaze at the ocean or sky, I get ideas for the what I want to create in my Flipnotes. I also get inspired from moving images and music, or when I am feeling something inside, and this helps me to put emotion and feeling into my Flipnotes.

What hobbies or interests do you have (besides making Flipnotes)?
I like watching science fiction or horror movies. On my days off, I often go to watch films at the cinema. Other than that, I like to listen to music or go to toy stores and buy some toys. I also get a lot of happiness from the music and drawings that I am motivated to create to use in my Flipnotes.

What kind of Flipnotes would you like to create in the future? Are there any new things you would like to try?
I try my best to not create a Flipnotes that are dependent on text or words, which is one of the basic rules of animation. Recently I've been trying Flipnotes with multiple channels of overdubbed music, but it is difficult to get the timing right.
