How do you get ideas for your Flipnotes, and how long does it usually take you to create them?
I actually get my ideas from everyday life. A lot of my Flipnotes are based on real conversations I have with my friends.
What hobbies or interests do you have (besides making Flipnotes)?
My other hobbies include music and art. I am always playing video games, and really just being inspired is a hobby. I look for new knowledge in everything I do.
Who are some of your favorite creators on Flipnote Hatena and why?
Some of my favorite creators are Link (id:Firedblue), Da-kun (id:Rakugaki321) and midoiiro (id:midoiiro). I love all these creators for their artistic ability and the stories they tell. Also, I have a deep respect for my fans. Without them, I probably would not be getting interviewed right now.
Do you have any advice or tips for other Flipnote creators about how they can improve their skills?
My advice to other users would be to not give up. No one is good the first few times they try something new. It is tough. To create something from nothing is very hard and cannot be done without alot of practice.
What kind of Flipnotes would you like to create in the future? Are there any new things you would like to try?
I would really like to experiment with a more manga/anime art style, but for the most part, I really like how my flips have turned out. I will continue doing what I am best at.
What are some additional features that you would like to have added to Flipnote Studio and/or Flipnote Hatena?
I am actually quite comfortable with how Flipnote Hatena is set up. The only thing I would really like to see improved, is a more advanced chat feature. I love keeping in contact with my fans, it's just sometimes hard to find what they wrote and where.
Is there something you would like to say to the Flipnote Hatena community?
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Making Flipnotes is possibly my favorite hobby. I have always loved art, and have always wanted to experiment with animation, but have never had the tools until now. Not only can we become better at animation, but others can see our progress too.
