Please tell us a little about yourself.
Hello, my name is Frans, and I'm 16 years old. I'm currently living in the Netherlands.
What are your interests or hobbies, and how do you spend your free time?
I like hanging out with my friends, and playing video games (which I'm bad at). I also enjoy watching anime and reading manga. Naturally, I also like to draw!
Please introduce some of your best Flipnotes, and tell us why you like them.
★ "Xwise" - This was inspired by the openings sequences used in Japanese animation, which usually consist of many different scenes cut together.
★ "Visions" - This Flipnote was inspired by the opening titles of a Japanese animation that I like.
★ "Alchemists Tower" - I wanted to create a battle Flipnote with camera movement and a lot of animation, but it didn't turn out exactly as I wanted it to be.
★ "Happy Birthday!" - This Flipnote was chosen as one of the winners of the Flipnote Hatena 1st Anniversary Contest.
What techniques or skills are you especially good at in your Flipnotes?
I really don't like saying this like this, I think it makes me look like I'm bragging but I think in good at creating animation. Most of the time when I animate something it's usually very smooth.
What are some techniques or skills that you wish to improve, try, or learn to do in order make your Flipnotes better?
I want to draw the human body better and more realistically. I also want to create better stories for my Flipnotes.
