Last week's "Frozen" Flipnotes were a great way to cool down from the summer heat, and we would like to thank everyone who took part in the weekly topic.

Apology to creators who posted "Frozen" Flipnotes
From approximately 1:15 AM PDT - 8:30 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) on July 25, 2012 (Wednesday) Flipnotes posted to the "Frozen" channel were not visible to other users. This problem was caused by a mistake made to the channel settings by one of our administrators. All of the Flipnotes posted during this time have now been returned to view, and this problem has been fixed. Please be assured that this problem had no effect on Flipnotes posted during this time being judged for the weekly topic.
We sincerely apologize for this mistake, and will do our best to make sure it does not happen again.

This week we would like you to create Flipnotes that feature whistling or whistles. Make stories about characters whistling, calling dogs with whistles, flutes and woodwinds, the pied piper, police officers using whistles to direct traffic, teapots that whistle, train whistles, wind whistling through the trees, or anything you can think of that makes a whistling sound. Create your own original soundtracks, and show the world how well you can whistle. See where your creativity takes you!
