Please tell us a little about yourself.
Hi, I'm 12 years old and live in the UK.
What are your interests or hobbies, and how do you spend your free time?
My interests are drawing, writing and making things. In my free time I also make comics featuring my character called Doof, who is the man in my 'Space Trip' and the 'Camera Flip' Flipnotes below.
Please introduce some of your best Flipnotes, and tell us why you like them.
★ "Space Trip" - This Flipnote took about an hour to make and I was very pleased with the end result!
★ "Mona Lisa Drawing" - This is one of my best Flipnotes. You can understand how it was drawn.
★ "Train Rescue" - This was difficult to make and became one of my most popular Flipnotes.
★ "Cloud Sailing" - This was featured in the Flipnote Hatena Weekly News. It was very simple and fun to make.
★ "Creepy Closet" - This features basic animation techniques mixed with stop-motion done with the Nintendo DSi camera application.
★ "Camera Flip" - This was my first try at using the Nintendo DSi camera application for my Flipnotes, and it took more time to make than the Flipnote above.
What techniques or skills are you especially good at in your Flipnotes?
I have a good imagination and that helps me create my Flipnotes. I am good at using camera images, and also great at making sounds with my voice.
What are some techniques or skills that you wish to improve, try, or learn to do in order make your Flipnotes better?
I would like to be draw people more realistically and give them better movements. Also, I want to improve my technique on how to animate things walking.
