This week's topic: "Sushi" (June 24, 2011 - June 30, 2011)

Sushi is a Japanese food made from rice and other ingredients. There are many types of sushi, but the most common type is rice topped with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) with ingredients such as tuna, salmon or shrimp on top.

Sushi can also be served rolled, where ingredients are placed in the center of a roll of rice, and then wrapped in seaweed.

Sushi is usually dipped in soy sauce and served with pickled ginger. You can eat sushi with your bare hands or with a pair of chopsticks.

If you have never eaten sushi before, look for some books in your local library or search for some information on the Internet to get some ideas.

Try to create Flipnotes about eating or making sushi. You might also want to animate sushi that comes to life, or invent your own original type of sushi! We are looking forward to your sushilicious creations!

Please do not use copyrighted music in your Flipnotes if you want them to be featured here.
