On May 7, 2012 (Monday) from 05:17 JST to 06:52 JST it was difficult to connect to Flipnote Hatena for Nintendo DSi.
This error was caused by the failure of an authentication server that has now been fixed. Access to Flipnote Hatena has now been fully restored for all users. We have also taken measures to prevent this problem from occurring again.
