On Hatena Diary Diary (Japanese) we received comments which Hatena Star function does not appear on Hatena Diary.
At present Hatena Diary has a unique feature named "MIDASHI-KIHOU". This feature is to add a chapter on a blog entry.

Now if user does not user "MIDASHI-KIHOU", Hatena Star function does not appear on Hatena Diary. Hatena Diary has a uniqe page constitution incotrast with general blogging services. We constantly check up this issue.
