From Feburary 18, 2010 to February 22, 2010, some Nintendo DSi users in the Americas and Europe and Oceania regions encountered an error (error code 340404) when attempting to post Flipnotes to Flipnote Hatena.
Error code 340404 was displayed to users who tried to post their Flipnotes by tapping on the "Post Here" button in the "All Flipnotes" section of Flipnote Hatena. This error did not appear to users who posted their Flipnotes from a specific channel that they chose from the "Channel List" page.
We have now fixed this problem, and the correct page with information about how to post your Flipnotes is displayed after tapping on the "Post Here" button in the "All Flipnotes" section of Flipnote Hatena.
