Hello from all of us on the Flipnote Hatena team. This is Aaron at Hatena's offices in Kyoto, Japan with another edition of our weekly news blog.

Today we are pleased to announce that the Flipnote Hatena Weekly News is now available on the Nintendo DSi. You can access the news by doing the following:

  • 1) Tap on the new "Help" button from the top menu of Flipnote Hatena for Nintendo DSi.

We plan to publish the news blog every Friday as well as the "Hatena Featured Artist" section weekly from now on the website as well as on the Nintendo DSi.

This week the news blog is only available in English on the Nintendo DSi, but we plan to launch the news in additional languages (French, German, Italian and Spanish) starting from next week.

Also, the "Frog Sightings" section of the news blog is not yet available on Flipnote Hatena for Nintendo DSi, but we plan to offer that in the future too.

Lastly, we will sometimes offer additional content here on the website that you can't see on the Nintendo DSi, so please check back here often too!

I would like to thank all of the long time readers of this blog for your support and feedback, and hope that you enjoy this new addition to Flipnote Hatena.
