On November 15, 2011 from approximately 16:00 JST, the number of stars that were added to Flipnotes and stars displayed in users' Creator's Rooms on Flipnote Hatena was displayed incorrectly.
We have now fixed this problem and the correct number of stars is gradually reappearing on the service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this problem may have caused.
We are currently investigating the cause of this problem to prevent it from occurring again.
