Today's Hatena Featured Artist is Honoka (id:tarakopasuta) from Japan.
Please tell us a little about yourself.
I am a junior high school student, and I like playing basketball. I just started making Flipnotes recently.
What are your interests or hobbies, and how do you spend your free time?
In my free time I like to make Flipnotes and use my computer. I do this when I am not playing basketball.
Please introduce some of your best Flipnotes, and tell us why you like them.
★ "The Girls' Weather" - It took a lot of effort to make the clouds move. When I finished this I really felt satisfied!
★ "Blowing in the Wind 2" - It was difficult to draw wind because you cannot see the wind with your eyes.
★ "Floating in the Sea" - It was a challenge to draw the girls face from the side.
★ "Matryoshka Bug" - This animation is about a Russian Matryoshka doll.
★ "Oops, Things Turned Upside Down" - I always wanted to draw something surreal, so I made this.
What techniques or skills are you especially good at in your Flipnotes?
I still need to develop my own unique style. I think I am good at drawing female characters.
What are some techniques or skills that you wish to improve, try, or learn to do in order make your Flipnotes better?
I have difficulty drawing fine details and making long animations.
Please introduce some of your favorite artists on Flipnote Hatena and tell us why you like them or their Flipnotes.
★ I really respect the work by Izumi (id:izumi-v) . These animations are always drawn well, and have great characters and style.
★ Syncoteen (id:TransMetalsGP) makes animations that are unique and funny.
★ Puppet Master (id:nyaozow) has many great cat Flipnotes. I like cats so watching these Flipnotes cheers me up.
★ Osushi (id:okappazusi) always makes me laugh.

I still have a lot to learn. I will keep trying my best and I hope you enjoy my Flipnotes.
