From the evening of September 4 (Friday) until the early morning of September 6 (Sunday) some users experienced problems posting or deleting Flipnotes and comments from Flipnote Hatena, and some posted or deleted content did not display properly.
Specifically, when content was posted, edited, or erased, the actions performed by users experienced a long delay before the result of those actions appeared on the service. This delay made it seem that posting Flipnotes or comments was not functioning, and errors such as the number of comments not increasing when comments were posted occurred.
This system problem was caused by the addition of several new features that put a heavy load on our servers, and unfortunately caused delays for the posting, editing and deletion of content for some users on the service.
Currently, we have fixed this problem, and Flipnotes and comments posted during the time when this error occurred should now be appearing properly.
